The writing is all very clear and the diagrams explaining the purification is well done, although may have been better to have included more about the crystals and how they were produced for this membrane protein since the page was structure determination. The discussion of the active site was really detailed and well done. Medical relevance could have been more detailed. The quiz was also a nice thing to have to end it.
